“If I watch films and read, English will come by itself”
Unfortunately, without working through what you have seen and heard, your English will barely change. Yes, your ear will get better, because you have heard many kinds of pronunciation. Your vocabulary may grow a little if you watch a lot. But without carefully working on new phrases, memorising them and using them, English does not move.
